RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Kayoz. We are committed to delivering quality products to our customers.

If you would like to return your order, within 14 days of delivery, you may contact us here. 

We only accept returns of items in their original condition with shipping at the customers expense. Once the return is received and inspected. A refund or store credit will be issued.

Please make sure to carefully review your order before placing it. We recommend checking the product descriptions, sizing charts, and other relevant information to ensure that the product you are ordering is suitable for you. 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to address the issue and provide you with a satisfactory solution.

We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds in the event that the customer shipped their order to the incorrect address. If a package is returned to Kayoz, we can offer a refund for the cost of the products.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the high quality of our products and services.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery Times:

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. (This does not apply to Preorders as they are subject to production time.) Delivery times vary based on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information along with an estimated delivery date.

Canada and USA Shipping:

We ship domestically within Canada. Orders over $200 CAD/$150 USD in Canada or the USA qualify for FREE SHIPPING. All Canada and USA packages are tracked.

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping services. International orders have tracked or non tracked shipping options. However, we are unable to provide a tracked shipping option to certain countries. The price of shipping is calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible and do not accept liability for any stolen or lost packages.

 

PREORDER POLICY

Please note that all "Preorder" items will take 4-6 weeks to produce. The items will ship after production.

If an order contains a preorder item. Then all items will be shipped in ONE package together.
