RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kayoz.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 40-6036 164th Street Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, V3S 3Y5
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We offer full refunds less the cost of return shipping, and any duties and brokerage fees. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kayoz.ca. 

For Preorder items, we can only issue a refund in the form of a store credit.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery Times:

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. (This does not apply to Preorders as they are subject to production time.) Delivery times vary based on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information along with an estimated delivery date.

Canada and USA Shipping:

We ship domestically within Canada. Orders over $200 CAD/$150 USD in Canada or the USA qualify for FREE SHIPPING. All Canada and USA packages are tracked.

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping services. International orders have tracked or non tracked shipping options. However, we are unable to provide a tracked shipping option to certain countries. The price of shipping is calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible and do not accept liability for any stolen or lost packages.

 

PREORDER POLICY

Please note that all "Preorder" items will take 4-8 weeks to produce. The items will ship after production. Please note that Preorders are subject to potential delays but they will always ship.

If an order contains a preorder item. Then all items will be shipped in ONE package together.

If you would like to cancel your Preorder. We are happy to reimburse you via store credit but we do not offer refunds on cancelled Preorders.
